U12s vs Waterloo FC - 06/12/09
Score: Tonbridge Angels 6 - Waterloo FC 1
Angels continued their impressive start to the season with a well earned victory over a strong Waterloo side. Midway through the first half Angels were awarded a penalty, which Tashi Kwayie converted to make it 1-0. Sam Boyden then scored to make it 2-0; an own goal and two more for Sam Boyden gave Angels the cushion their play deserved. With Waterloo unable to find a way through the Angels midfield, with Bobby Watkins putting in yet another commanding performance and Rory Ward excelling in the right back position, Angels created more chances going forward. Against the run of play, Waterloo pulled one back, then Angels restored the five goal lead when Reece Hunt headed home the impressive Michael Taylor's teasing cross.
